Application package:

1. Completed Application Form (Adobe Acrobat, .pdf)
    -can be downloaded  in "Documents" section
2. Your Resume (in English); 1 or 2 pages
3. Personal essay-signed (in English); 2 pages
4. Two recommendation letters (in English);
5. Copies of your degrees (diplomas) or proof of your student status along with English translation;
6.Your police records (in Romanian); cazier
7. Proof of your health status(in Romanian);
8. Copies of your passport and previous US visas;
9. Copies of your ID;
10. Two photos 4/5 cm size(4 photos for "Interexchange-arranged"applicants);
11. Proof of noninterdiction for leaving your home country;
12. For self-arranged applicants only. The application should have: Learning agreement, training plan and  learning objectives (please see our sample training plan).
   Please submit two copies of each item: one is the original and the other one is a copy (xerox).
