Application process Career Training

Bringing in a complet application form;
Interview with ADIRA (for the ones outside Cluj the interview will be on the telephone)
Interview feedback (after 2 days);
If accepted:
- paying the first program fee;
- sending the application in US
Procesing the application by the InterExchange:
- Self-arranged - checking the training plan if all the requirement are fulfill. The company who accepted you as a trainee will be contacted by InterExchange USA to make sure that the company meets all standards
- Interexchange-arranged - finding career training oportunities by comparing the previos rezoults on a similar placement. If are no oportunities, the application will be refused and the applicant will pay a minimum procesing fee.
Paying the second program fee, directly to InterExchange and also paying the SEVIS fee
Only on Interexchange-arranged: looking for a placement and sending the job offer if placement is found
Medical insurance is paid in the same day as the DS-2019 is signed
The enrollment files preparation for the US embassy, only after paying the us embassy fee al Transilvania Bank
Paying the flight tickes or the refund process for the ones who were not accepted
Leaving the home country and going to the Training placement
