1. The Interexchange filled out application form ( Job Placement or Self Placement)
2. Student book + copy after the first page
3. Student proof
4. Criminal record + ID copy
5. Proof of previous or present employment or a signed statement that you haven't worked before
6. Medical record
7. Valid passport
8. 2 copies of the first passport page
9. Previous US visas copies (2 of each if applicable)
10. 2 5/5 cm pictures (smiling)
11. 2 letters of recommendation in English from two employers/ one employer and one English teacher
12. The Employment Offer and Agreement  filled out by a US employer for the self arranged students
13. The proof of paying the first program fee 

Further information:

1. When you fill out the application form please remember the following:

• Type or print in black ink
• Name will appear exactly as stated in your passport
• All data should be written in the next order mm/dd/yyyy, so the 4th of July 1980 would be 07/04/1980.
• The place of birth will appear exactly as stated in your passport
• The present and permanent address should be typed in Romanian style
• Don't forget to read and sign the back of the application

    2.   Your student book has to be updated
    6.   Your family or college doctor should release the medical proof, it has to state that you are in a good health condition
    12.   MI proof that you have no restrictions to leave the country. The proof is released by the Passport Services in your home town and it has to underline that the applicant doesn't have any  legal interdiction to leave the country. Please contact us before going to the  Passport Services in order to release you a receipt to prove that you are an applicant in our program on which bases you will be emitted the proof. 

    13.   Work&Travel/Programe/Self Placement

The US Embassy file. This is the file with the necessary documents for the US Embassy in order for your visa to be proccessed. The file has to be brought to our offices between March and June after your DS-2019 and I-901 forms have been released.

3. Student book
4. Student proof
5. Envelope with "Foaia matricola"
6. 1 5/5cm photos (on light background)
7. BT receipt of 140 USD (U.S. Embassy fee)
8. Visa application forms
9. DS-2019
10. I-901 (SEVIS)

3. Student book - updated, with all your grades
5. Foaie matricola - it is released for your ended semesters including the winter 2008 - 2009. It has to be in a silled envelope, it also has to be signed by an authorised personnel in your University
6. Photos -2 5/5cm photos (Exemple, Microsoft Word, .doc)
7. 140 USD at Banca Transilvania
8. Visa application forms - DS-156, DS-157, DS-158 (Adobe Acrobat, .pdf). Fill them out in English. Please contact us for further information.
9. DS-2019 this is an official document released by US Departament of State which allows you to work in the US for a 3 months period. This document will be signed at the office when you bring the rest of the documents.
10. I-901 - the proof of SEVIS fee payment
