InterExchange File- This is the program-enrolling file and it has to be dropped at Adira's offices. Certain documents from this file will be sent to New York for processing.

Necessary documents:
1.The Interexchange filled out application form (Formular completat)Adobe Acrobat, .pdf)
2.Criminal record+ID copy
3. Proof of previous or present employment?or a signed statement that you haven't worked before
4.Medical record
5.Valid passport
6.2 copies of the first passport page
7.Previous US visas copies (2 of each if applicable)
8.2 5/5 cm pictures (smiling)
9.2 letters of recommendation in English from two employers (on the chosen work field)
12.The Employment Agreement form (Adobe Acrobat, .pdf) filled out by a US employer for the self arranged students
13. The proof of paying the first program fee
14. MI proof that you have no restrictions to leave the country

The US Embassy file.  This is the file with the necessary documents for the US Embassy in order for your visa to be proccessed.

Necessary documents:

1. Passport
2. 2 5/5cm photos (on light background) 
3. Banca Transilvania receipt of 150 USD (U.S. Embassy fee) 
4. Visa application forms 
5. I-901
