The process of obtaining the documents required for the H-2B visa takes aproximatly 4 months.We recommend you to apply for this program 4 months before the date you start the job.  

Interexchange Arranged

Step 1
-Interviews with Interexchange - Adira representatives and employers (if necessary)
-Preparing the documents for the enrolling file 
-Paying the first program fee (in lei)
-Signing the intermediation contract

Step 2
-Sending the aplications in U.S in order to be aproved by Interexchange
-Paying the second program fee (in dolars)
-Interexchange finds a job offer
-Interexchange starts the  procedure to obtain the petition necessary for the H-2B visa application

Step 4
-Interexchange sends I-901 document
-The applicants bring their Embassy Files
-H-2B visa application

Step 5
-Paying for the airplane tickets
-Orientation with Adira Interexchange representatives
-Leaving to US

Self Arranged

Step 1
-The applicant finds himself an employer 
-Interview with InterExchange - Adira representatives
-The applicants have to bring their files (including the  Employment Agreement Form filled out by the employer)
-paying the first program fee (in lei)
-signing the intermediation contract

Step 2
-Sending the applications in the U.S. in order to be aproved by Interexchange
-Paying for the second program fee and the SEVIS fee (USD)
-Interexchange is checking the participants' job offers
-Interexchange starts the procedure in order to obtain the petition needed to apply for the H-2B visa 


Step 3
-Medical insurance

Step 4
-Interexchange sends  I-901 document
-The participants have to bring their Embassy Files 
-Visa application

Step 5
-Paying for the airplane tickets
-Orientation with Adira Interexchange representatives
-Leaving to US
