Full Placement Program guarantees a placement for every participant; almost in every case there is housing provided on a reasonable cost (in some cases the participant will be assisted by the employer in finding housing).

Interexchange will find students a job after an interview. There are a limited number of jobs available for the Full Placement Program.

You should apply for Full Placement only if:

• You have good English speaking skills 
• You will stay at your job till the end of the contract (usually 3 months)  
• You are flexible and capable to adapt easily to new situations
• You have no problem working in teams and following duties
• You don't mind working in isolated locations (such as resorts)
