J-1 Visa

  • Work and Travel

Purpose: The educational and cultural exchange between worldwide students and their american employers and partners. The right to work came out as a necessity to cover the program fee and the travel expenses.

Period: A maximum perion of 5 months, 4 months for work and one month fo travel. 

The J-1 visa extensions are not possible.

  • Training


Purpose: Allows graduates and young professionals the opportunity to gain practical experience in their field of interest with an American company.

Period: 1 to 18 months for training plus a month for travelling

Viza J-1 (training) este extensibila pana la o perioada totala de 18 luni


                                                 H-2B Visa

Purpose: Allows those aged 18-40 from around the world to go to U.S. for up to 10 months to live and work filling temporery and seasonal jobs where there is a shortage of U.S. workers.

Period: Between 6 and 10 months
