The Wianno Club is a historic club at 107 Sea View Avenue in Osterville, Massachusetts.

Your employer is one mile from the center of the village of Osterville. Osterville is only about 1 hour from Boston, and 7 miles from Hyannis. Some of the things to take advantage of in your free time are summer concerts, whale watching, beautiful beaches, museum, and historic sites.

Description of working conditions

Specific duties of Waitstaff include preparing tables, replenishing stocks, getting informed about specials of the day, greeting customers, presenting them available tables, taking orders, offering advice, and taking food and drinks to tables. Maintained detailed knowledge of menu items and ingredients. Collaborated with the kitchen through POS and verbally to maximize the customer satisfaction.

A front desk agent performs receptionist and customer service work as, register arriving guests, assign rooms, and check out guests at the end of their stay. The front desk requires an individual to be courteous, efficient, and friendly, as they often serve as an individual’s first impression of ours facilities and lodging by always helping to represent in the best way possible.

Housekeepers are responsible for making sure all assigned areas of the Club are clean, neat, and tidy. This includes any indoor household cleaning and organizing tasks assigned by the Manager and may regularly include cleaning "projects" (e.g., cleaning and organizing a closet, common areas and etc.). & it includes cleaning, sweeping, and vacuuming of floors. They will have to make beds, clean bathrooms, clean and empty trash, wash dishes, laundry, windows, dusting, and other cleaning needs.

$11.00//hour + tips

Working time

About 32 to 40 hours per week, with overtime available during the busiest part of the season.

Accommodation description

You will be living across the street from your job site. Housing is dormitory style, with 2-4 people per room and a shared bathroom. There are no cooking facilities; you will have your meals provided free in the employee cafeteria. The cost of your dorm fee will be $25.00 per week and it will be kept at $500.00 for the whole season, which will be deducted from your biweekly pay check.
