-Food Prep/Prep Cook/Cook-Position Description

Prep Cooks are responsible for preparing and cooking orders per recipe guidelines, preparing batters, slicing meats and vegetables. You will be in charge of restocking and maintaining workstations to assure plenty of product is always available, and for cleaning of all workstations at the end of the day, including sweeping and mopping of floors. Dishwasher-Position Description::

Dishwasher are responsible for cleaning and putting away dishes, pots and glassware that are used in the dining room, sweeping and mopping floors, emptying garbage and keeping the kitchen clean. Additional Description

Dishwasher also rotates as a busser in the front of the house.  This involves carrying trays back to the kitchen and unloading them.  Gives you experience in the dining room with guests.  
After 2 weeks wage goes up a $1 depending on work ethic.

Host/Hostess-Position Description:

Hosts/hostesses are responsible for helping customers, seating them, taking their orders, using a cash register, and keeping the host station clean. Job is either in one of our shops or in one of our restaurants depending on how fast pace your personality is.  We like to hire employees that are flexible and can move around.  In the restaurant job may entail:  greeting guests, seating them, clearing tables and setting them, cleaning bathrooms, and checking out guests.  In our shop: stocking, greeting guests and checking them out.

This job is in our beer garden at our walk-up kitchen outside.  Job entails taking customers' orders and using the cash register.

Deli Worker-Position Description:

Deli Workers are responsible for preparing hot and cold food and beverages, such as sandwiches, salads, grilled items, coffee, tea, etc. Deli workers will also be expected to assist with setup and cleanup at the beginning and/or end of the day, which includes cleaning and proper storage of food items. This job is in our salad bar getting beverages, desserts and salads for the servers.  Also prepping salad dressing and cutting fruit.
